Getting to know you

I’ll ask you a few more questions about your trip so I know your preferences and any special needs you might have.

Research and Design fee

Once we have a rough idea what you’re looking for and we feel that we are a good fit to work together, I’ll send you a request for my research and design fee. My standard fee is $100 for basic questions requiring my expertise and $250 for researching a booking trips.* Payment must be received in full before we can begin designing the final proposal.

This is where I work my magic and build your custom itinerary! I will be in touch with you every step of the way until we are both excited with the final result!

Payment and booking

When your itinerary is finalized, I will send a request for payment. This will allow me to make all reservations and payments in advance. This means you get to spend your vacation 100% worry free!

During and after

I will remain available after your booking to contact your hotel to make special accommodations, make changes, or anything else that may come up. I will also contact you when you return to make sure you loved every second of it!
